It's been a weird winter. I'm not complaining. I just don't ever remember a February with almost no snow. Last year at this time we had a good four feet on the ground. And here we are, exploring with our rubber boots on, puddle-jumping, walking into the field, on the paths, into the woods, and there isn't a single snowbank blocking our way. As a summer-lover, I am soaking up every single drop of it. We spent almost the whole day outside, and now all of us are going to bed with cold toes, ruddy cheeks, smoky hair, and happy faces.
